  • Sessions are held securely online using a private video platform.

    You’ll receive a link before each session,
    and can join from your computer, tablet, or phone.

    Many clients appreciate the flexibility of meeting from a space that feels comfortable and private—
    whether that’s at home or another quiet location.

    Sessions are designed to feel just as focused and intentional as in-person work.

    All you need is:

    • A reliable internet connection

    • A space where you can speak freely without interruption

    For licensing reasons, you’ll need to be physically located in Arizona or California at the time of your session.

  • My fee is $200 for a 50-minute session.

    I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
    However, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may choose to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

    Reimbursement varies by plan and is determined by your insurance provider.

    If you’re considering using out-of-network benefits, you may want to check with your insurance provider to better understand your coverage.

  • The consultation is a free, 15-minute call.

    It’s a chance for us to briefly connect,
    get a sense of what you’re navigating,
    and see if working together feels like the right fit.

    and you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like.

    There’s no obligation to move forward—just a chance to see if it feels like a good fit.

  • The first session is a space to begin understanding what’s been feeling difficult or unsustainable.

    We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you,
    and begin getting a clearer sense of what’s been weighing on you
    and what you’d like to experience differently.

    You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.

    We’ll focus on what feels most important to you, without rushing the process.

  • This varies depending on your goals and what you’re working through.

    Some clients come for a shorter period focused on a specific concern, while others choose longer-term support.

    We’ll check in along the way to make sure the work continues to feel helpful and aligned with what you need.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your care.
