  • Online therapy is conducted with a video platform via a secure link that will be sent to you. You can use a computer, tablet, or smart phone with video capability.

    • Access to the internet

    • A safe and confident space where you can be alone.

    You MUST however be located in your state of residence.

  • My fee is $200 per 50 minute hour. I do provide a superbill upon request that may be submitted to insurance companies for a reimbursement rate decided upon by your insurance carrier. I cannot guarantee any reimbursement from any insurance company as reimbursement is solely at this discretion of your insurance carrier.

  • Our first appointment consists of gathering a bit of background information and delving into the reasons why you have made the decision to start therapy.

  • Length of therapy is unique for each individual and their own needs. Ultimately this decision is left to each client as they see fit for themselves. The only instances in which continued therapy would be encouraged is when high levels of stress are present or when personal safety is a concern.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a document that outlines the expected cost of each therapy session. This is in reference to the “No Surprises Act” which was enacted as of January 1, 2022. This act requires practitioners such as myself, to provide a Good Faith Estimate for out of network costs of services.
