About Resilience Now Therapy

Therapy for Women Business Owners in Arizona & California

Helping you find peace of mind without sacrificing the success you've worked hard to build.

Why Successful Women Business Owners Still Struggle with Anxiety, Stress, and Burnout

Many of the women I work with are exceptionally capable, thoughtful, and deeply responsible.
They’ve tried to manage things on their own—
thinking it through, researching, reading self-help books, listening to podcasts, pushing forward.

And for a while, that works.

But some patterns don’t shift just by trying harder, and many think they are doing something wrong.

At a certain point, support needs to be different—
more intentional, more focused, and more tailored to you.

Why Work With Me?

As both a therapist and business owner, I understand the dedication, focus, and persistence it takes to build something meaningful.

I understand

  • The pressure of being the person others rely on

  • The responsibility that doesn't always end when the workday is over

  • The tendency to keep pushing forward through setbacks, disappointments, and challenges because that's simply what needs to be done

Over the years, I've worked with many ambitious, successful women. Women who looked capable and confident on the outside but privately struggled with overthinking, self-doubt, burnout, and the feeling that they could never fully relax.

Many also found that the stress they were carrying wasn't staying contained to work.

It was showing up at home, too.

They felt-

  • Less present with their partners

  • More irritable with the people they cared about

  • Disconnected from relationships that mattered deeply to them

These feelings were not because they didn't care, but because there was little emotional energy left after spending so much of it managing responsibilities, solving problems, and keeping everything moving forward.

What I've noticed is that these struggles-

  • Are rarely about a lack of ability

  • Are often connected to long-standing patterns that once helped them succeed but are now getting in the way of the peace of mind they're looking for

I understand this personally

Growing up, I learned to make myself smaller in certain situations. I hesitated to speak up, even when I had ideas to contribute. Early in my career, I found myself second-guessing my voice in meetings and questioning my perspective, despite being capable and qualified.

The reason I share that isn't because your story will look exactly like mine.

It's because meaningful change is possible.

The patterns that shaped you don't have to define you.

With insight, support, and intentional work, you can begin showing up with greater confidence, clarity, and trust in yourself—both in your business and in your life.

Sometimes the smallest shifts create the biggest changes.
